Question 1

What kinds of artwork are in the catalogue?

Accepted Answer

The catalogue includes originals, limited editions, prints, and photography where listed. Each artwork page identifies the format, price, availability, and details for that specific work.

Question 2

How do I know if a work is available?

Accepted Answer

Artwork marked Available can be added to the cart for an order request. Reserved, Sold out, and Archived work is not directly purchasable, though you can still ask about it through the artwork inquiry flow.

Question 3

How do originals and limited editions differ?

Accepted Answer

An original is a one-of-one artwork. A limited edition has a fixed total, and the artwork page may show how many pieces remain.

Question 4

When do I share shipping details?

Accepted Answer

Checkout collects your contact and shipping details. ZinkyLee follows up to confirm the practical delivery details for the requested work; shipping cost and timing are not finalized by the catalogue alone.

Question 5

How long will shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the work, preparation, and destination. The final estimate is confirmed after your order request is reviewed, so please wait for that follow-up before making delivery plans.

Question 6

What happens at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Checkout rechecks the cart and availability, collects contact and shipping details, and submits an order request. It does not collect payment.

Question 7

How can I ask ZinkyLee about a work?

Accepted Answer

Use the artwork inquiry flow on the storefront for unavailable work, fit questions, or special requests. You can also email zinkylee@polsia.app.

Question 8

What happens after I submit an order request?

Accepted Answer

The confirmation page supplies a reference for your submitted request. ZinkyLee then follows up with the final delivery and payment details.

Question 9

What is the return or cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

ZinkyLee does not publish a blanket return window in this guide. Checkout sends an order request rather than collecting payment, so if you need to change or cancel a request, get in touch as soon as possible before the final delivery and payment details are confirmed.

Question 10

What if a work arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Please contact ZinkyLee promptly with your order reference, clear photos of the work and packaging, and a short description of what happened. The team will review the details and advise on the next step; do not discard the packaging until you have heard back.

Question 11

Does artwork arrive framed?

Accepted Answer

Framing depends on the individual listing. Check the artwork page for its included details, and ask through the inquiry flow before submitting an order request if the presentation matters to your space.

Question 12

How should I choose a frame?

Accepted Answer

Choose a frame that protects the work and gives it room to breathe. For paper-based work, ask for archival materials and UV-protective glazing; ZinkyLee can help clarify the needs of a specific piece before you order.

Question 13

How should I care for my artwork?

Accepted Answer

Keep the work away from direct sunlight, damp or rapidly changing conditions, and direct contact with bare hands. The full artwork care guide covers display, handling, cleaning, and framing guidance at /guide/artwork-care.

Question 14

Where can I read the artwork care guide?

Accepted Answer

Visit the artwork care guide for a calm, practical checklist before your work arrives and as you settle it into its new home.
